Our Approach

Installed Right, Explained Clearly

A water treatment system is only as good as its installation. Improperly installed equipment can lead to leaks, poor performance, voided warranties, and problems that surface months down the road โ€” often after the installer is long gone.

Our technicians install every system to manufacturer specifications, with attention to plumbing connections, drain lines, electrical requirements, and placement that makes future maintenance easy rather than awkward.

Before we leave, we walk you through your new system โ€” how it works, what the controller display means, how to check salt levels, and who to call if anything ever comes up. You won’t be left guessing.

Installation Day

What Happens From Start to Finish

Most residential installations are completed in a single visit. Here’s the typical flow.

1

Arrival & Site Review

Our technicians arrive at the scheduled time and do a quick review of the installation area โ€” confirming placement, water shutoff location, drain access, and anything discussed during your consultation.

2

Water Shutoff & Old Equipment Removal

If you’re replacing an existing system, it’s disconnected and removed. Your home’s water is shut off briefly during this process โ€” we’ll let you know when to expect this and keep it as short as possible.

3

New System Installation

The new unit is set in place and connected โ€” plumbing, bypass valve, drain line, and electrical. This is the bulk of the work and where our technicians’ experience matters most: clean connections, correct fittings, and placement that won’t cause headaches later.

4

Programming & Testing

The controller is programmed based on your water test results and household size. We run the system through a test cycle, check for leaks, and confirm everything is operating as it should before calling the job done.

5

Walkthrough & Questions

We walk you through your new system together โ€” what the display shows, how to add salt, where the bypass valve is and when you’d use it, and what (if anything) you need to do going forward. We won’t leave until your questions are answered.

6

Cleanup & Sign-Off

The work area is cleaned up, packaging and old equipment are hauled away, and we confirm you’re all set. If your system includes Wripliยฎ WiFi monitoring, we’ll help you get the app connected before we go.

Installation begins with a free water test and consultation โ€” so the system we install is the right one for your water and your home. From there, we’ll schedule installation at a time that works for you.
